Community Center Aquatics Director:

Requirements and Details:

Previous experience as aquatic director
Begins about June 1, 2008, full-time (some weekend hours), year-round w/ benefits
Supervising year round aquatics classes, including  camper summer swim program
Managing time and attendance of aquatics staff
Program scheduling
Required certifications: WSI, 1st aid, Lifeguard, etc.
Additional certifications recommended: lifeguard instructor, NYC Pool Operator

Camp Nurse:

Requirements and Details:

Previous experience as children’s nurse required
9AM – 5PM - June 30 – August 22, 2008
300 kindergarten through 6th grade campers
Required License: Either Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Emergency Medical Technician or other NYS Medical Certified Professional

Responsible for campers' health and medical needs, review and management of medical forms, medications and parent communications.
