The Downtown Day Camp offers some of Manhattan’s newest and finest facilities. Our campus consists of the new Downtown Community Center, PS 234- the pride of Tribeca, the BPC ballfields, and Hudson River Park.

Our new Downtown Community Center will be open for camp this summer! With its brand new swimming pool, art rooms, multi-media lab, dance studio, small gym, theater, classrooms and more, the Downtown Community Center will provide Downtown Day Camp with a whole new level of age-appropriate activities. These activities will be complimented by our returning field and gym sports, karate, musical performances, pier barbecues, camp carnival and other special events. Thanks to our new facility, enhanced programming, and friendly, familiar staff, we expect 2008 to be our best summer yet!

The beautiful PS 234 school building, air conditioned all summer, provides us with spacious rooms, two protected yards, a gym, and theater, and a large cafeteria. The camp will continue to use Hudson River Park- where children can be cooled by the river breeze, the Battery Park City Ball Fields, PS 234, and local trips!

Swim Program

We offer one of the most comprehensive swim programs of any day camp. We have great swim instructors in our own new competition length pool...

 

Sports and Field

Our instructional field program is like no other. We have a great field and athletic director and use of both the Battery Park City fields and Pier 40...

 

Special Events

We have special events at camp, such as Crazy Hat Day, Camp Carnival, Camp Night Out, and Camp Plays. Find out the dates for these upcoming events...
